At Litco Farms we invite you to visit with us and our other special guests.

Perhaps you would enjoy an early morning jog, an afternoon swim, or an evening stroll through the woods on trails that crisscross our private preserve.

Fish on our pond "Muddy Lake," or in Oaks Creek close by.

Enjoy wildflowers and the wildlife that flourishes on our eighteen acres of mapped New York State wetlands. Deer, beaver and game birds abound.

Picnics and lawn games are enjoyed by guests of all ages.

Winter snow brings cross-country skiers to share our hearth and the warmth of our wood stove. Our B & B is transformed into a winter playground as we await the arrival of spring.

Breakfast

Breakfast is indeed a treat at Litco Farms. Awaken to the aroma of coffee brewing and whole grain bread baking.

We serve homemade granola, farm fresh eggs and bacon, french toast or hot cakes oozing with pure maple syrup. Delectable homemade berry jams are a daily treat.

Accompanied by good conversation and warm hospitality, you will long remember your days shared with us.

Heartworks Quilts & Fabrics

Located behind the barn at Litco Farms, Heartworks is a charming shop chock full of hand made gifts, supplies and cotton fabrics. You'll find books, patterns, and ideas guaranteed to inspire you.

We specialize in custom orders, designing the quilt of your dreams, and restoring those treasures hiding in your attic.
