Located in the French Quarter of the original walled city, Twenty-Seven State Street was built as a private residence shortly after 1800 with pronounced old world influence. The location is excellent for strolling to major points of interest, dining and shopping.
Our carriage house suites, furnished in antiques and reproductions, Oriental rugs, Queen size high-poster beds and wonderful linens, consist of a spacious bedroom/living room, private bath and kitchenette. Each has a private entrance and overlooks a beautiful courtyard. A veranda offers opportunity to relax and enjoy sea breezes from the harbor just two blocks away.
27 State Street Bed and Breakfast
Amenities include:  Festive breakfast provided in each suite, a morning paper, fresh fruit and flowers, cable TV, a private phone, central heat and air, and bicycles.

Twenty-Seven State Street also provides short-term lease accommodations. These exceptionally attractive suites are beautifully and comfortably furnished with fireplaces in some.  Each suite has a complete kitchen or kitchen "nook" with complimentary coffee and soft drinks. Full maid service and all other amenities listed for our bed & breakfast suites apply for these short-lease executive accommodations as well.



Rate Schedule
Rates quoted are for single occupancy. Add $20/$27.50 each additional person. Rates vary according to seasons, events, weekends/weekdays, holidays particular suite & breakfast option.  Please call for specific details.

Guests in the 2 carriage house suites may opt to exclude breakfast. $85.00 (off-season) - $130.00 if no breakfast is included. $100.00 (off-season) - $145.00, if breakfast is included.
