| Built in 1934 at the beginning of the Art Deco period on Miami Beach, our garden guesthouse offer 18 rooms and suites - 9 in our Art Deco building and 9 in our Mediterranean building. Each unit is comfortably and uniquely appointed in bright tropical linens and decor, providing you with a home away from home. |
| Hotel rooms, large studios and two one-bedroom apartments make up our range of accommodations. All units have private baths, cable TV, AC, ceiling fans, voice mail phones, refrigerators, coffeemakers and daily maid service. Studios and one bed-room suites have fully equipped kitchens. Guests have use of on site barbecue and laundry facilities. Local fitness center privileges are available. |

Convenient... Go out the back gate and the beach
is only 350 feet away. Stroll out the front gate into the heart of the world renowned
architectural and entertainment district of South Beach. Walk to outdoor cafes and
restaurants, clubs, galleries, shops and boutiques, theaters and markets....three blocks
to Lincoln Road, six blocks to the Miami Beach Convention Center. Directions... From Miami Airport: Take 836 East to Miami Beach. Once across the McArthur Causeway go north (left) at Collins Avenue (A1A). We are the second building on the right just past 14th Street. From I-95: Take 395 East across causeway and proceed as above. |
