Easton Valley Road
Franconia, New Hampshire

An 18th century barn, near ruin, was moved to the Easton Valley where it became the structure and form of our secluded bed & breakfast. The hayloft is transformed into a two-story fireplaced living room. Informal dining areas overlook the White Mountains' Kinsman Range, part of the Appalachian Trail. A small library, sauna and private balconies are also yours to enjoy.

You are welcomed by a crackling fire and the aroma of mulled cider and home-made snacks in the winter. And in the summer, by sun, tea or lemonade and fragrant woodsy breezes on one of the decks or in the garden (served every afternoon between 3 and 5). Help yourself to any of the twenty (or more!) varieties of tea...anytime!

Robert Frost's Secluded Easton Valley

You'll experience everchanging views of the mountains and woodlands from our six guest rooms, the dining areas and the decks. Some of the welcoming touches you will find in your room are lavish linens, hand-made quilts, ornate beds and comfortable chairs or a desk for reading...
