Our inn has eight beautifully decorated guest rooms, each with queen bed and private bath (five have jacuzzis). Six guest rooms, including two with balconies overlook historic Louisbourg Harbour.

The "honeymoon" suite provides guests with the luxury of a two-person jacuzzi tub and a commanding view of the entire harbour.

Enjoy the view and watch the fishing boats from the dining room, cozy sitting room and large balcony overlooking the harbour and the Fortress beyond. Awake to the sound of the seagulls and find a complimentary breakfast awaiting you in our dining room. Evening dining, by reservation, always features fresh local seafood. In fact, just by checking with your hosts you can time a visit to a nearby fishing wharf to watch as lobsters, crabs or groundfish are being landed from the boats.

Next to a working fishing wharf, the inn is within walking distance of the harbour front boardwalk, the Louisbourg Playhouse, the S&L Railway Museum, and the local shops and restaurants.

Longer walks to the lighthouse, exploring the rugged coastline, and a picnic and dip in the ocean at Kennington cove beach will round out your visit to nearby Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic site (less than a mile from the inn).
