Meadow Spring Farm has been a family farm for over 50 years. Anne and her daughter, Debbie, operate the Bed & Breakfast with occasional help from one of eight grandchildren. We do our best to provide the most comfortable accommodations, and delight in helping you in every way. Peace and quietness abound on the farm, except for the rooster crowing at 4:30 a.m. and an occasional "moo" from the cattle.

Anne likes to show off her perennial gardens She is also very proud of her cow, doll and Santa collections. Santas are only awake during December. Summer guests can cool off in the swimming pool and relax in the sun. Paths surround the farm for leisurely strolls, or one may fish in the pond, gather eggs, or feed the rabbits, which the children love to do! Play pool or ping pong in the game room. Home cooked breakfasts are served in the spacious dining room or on the glassed-in porch. The specialty of the house is Anne's mushroom omelet, along with fruit pancakes, homemade jams and breads from the kitchen. No one goes away hungry.
Meadow Springs is located in the heart of the Brandywine Valley. Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Museum, and Winterthur are minutes away. Canoeing on the Brandywine, tennis courts and public golf courses are close by. Antique shops and restaurants abound in our area. Day trips include Historic Philadelphia, Amish Country, Artistic New Hope and Lancaster and Reading outlet stores.

The six guest rooms are comfortable
and cheerful with views of the gardens,
pool, or pond. Every room is air conditioned
and has its own television.
They are furnished with
family antiques, Amish quilts,
and lots of pillows.

Lodging includes a full breakfast.

Rates are per room, plus 6% tax.

There is an additional charge of $10 for a child or crib.
