Pine Haven Bed and Breakfast is a lovely, city–located, Victorian decorated, peaceful place to spend a getaway weekend or to stay while on business in Albany, the capital of New York state.

Rooms are decorated in Victorian décor with oak dressers, iron and brass beds and antiques. And to accommodate all of your modern needs, rooms are also equipped with television and telephone. (Fax machine is also available.)

Enjoy a refreshing walk down our tree-lined streets to a nearby pond, or just relax in one of the many comfortable reading areas located in each guest room and throughout the B&B.

Pine Haven is close to the State Government offices, the Empire State Plaza, a huge shopping mall and many area colleges. We offer convenient off-street parking too.

We are near highways that can get you to the beautiful Adirondack Mountains, the Catskill’s or Saratoga in 30 minutes. We’re only 60 minutes from Lake George.

Within minutes you’ll also find several good restaurants and a movie theater.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m. and includes coffee, tea, a cereal buffet with bananas and raisins, coffee cake, breads and muffins for toasting, and fresh fruit each day.

The open front porch with rocking chairs and wicker furniture is a welcome respite in warm weather.

Pine Haven B&B is a home away from home, or like a visit to Grandma's (without the relatives!).

From Fuller Road to Pine Haven
Left at light onto Washington Avenue. Travel 2.8 mil., turn right on No. Allen Street. Travel .67 mi., turn right on Western Ave. Pine Haven (tan & brown house) is the first driveway after the North Allen Street/Western Ave. intersection - approx. 75 feet. Right into driveway. Parking in rear.

FROM MONTREAL:
I-87 South. Get off exit 1E(I-90E).
Travel on I-90E for 1/2 mile.
Get off exit 2(Fuller Rd.) Follow directions above.

FROM BOSTON:
I-90 West to NY. Exit B-1. I-90 West to exit 5 in Albany (Everett Rd).
Left at light off ramp. Proceed on Everett Rd to end.
Left on Central Ave.(Rt.5).
Right at 2nd light onto No. Allen St.
Right onto Western Ave. Pine Haven is 100' from intersection. 1st driveway on right - parking in rear.

FROM NEW YORK CITY:
North on I-87 (NY Thruway) to exit 24.
Travel on I-90E for 1/2 mile.
Get off exit 2(Fuller Rd.) Follow directions above.

FROM BUFFALO:
East on I-90 (NY Thruway) to exit 24.
Travel on I-90E for 1/2 mile.
